I just got a pair of pants from betabrand and I really like them. They look professional, and are really comfy. The long size has a 34" inseam, so I don't know if that's long enough for you.
Old Navy pixie has some styles in tall. I ordered a couple thinking they would be good for Fridays, but was very pleased with the quality for the price.
Long Tall Sally goes to 38” Eddie Bauer has some 36”, but don’t put them in the dryer. Though my favorites from there are ankle and they don’t shrink as noticeably as the trousers.

I just got some tall from Betabrand and they are great--they were even TOO long for me (5'9") so I had to hem them. So comfy and they look great. I will for sure order more.
I put off shopping for a work trip, so now I don’t have time to order pants online. Pray for me that I can find some store, somewhere, that sells their tall pants in store. I also need all new shirts and ugh. Literally none of my professional clothes from pre-baby fit. I swear she widened my rib cage or shoulders somehow.
I pretty much wear Express Editors every day. I am short and have to have the "short" length hemmed, so maybe the talls would work for you? I've been wearing these for years.

Thanks, all! I have checked most of those places, but can't find quite what I'm looking for. Would like a straight/skinny leg, and hoping for inexpensive. I'm losing weight, so don't want to invest in really pricey pants just yet.
