I slept in. I have a 50 minute run with strides, but my achilles (both of them!) didnt feel great when i woke up, and i have a massage appt at noon, so i might run later at the gym (im not sure how to do strides on a tm?). Or skip it. I have work to do and go food shopping.
Ran 13.3 this morning, a little more than planned since I felt good. Was hoping to be useless the rest of the day but my husband’s on a cleaning tear so I’m going to help.
I ran 10 and while I’m still having trouble finding my groove, it wasn’t painful like my last couple runs > 6 miles. Hoping a really light week puts me in a healthy place for Saturday’s marathon. Excited to have an easy day today! The girls both have lacrosse games, but they are at home and at different times (yay and yay)

I'm up but also not really. I woke up with severe congestion, a pounding face, and a sore throat. Not sure if this is allergies - the pollen has been really bad this past week, but it's also raining and the actual count today is much lower - or a cold, but either way, I'm miserable.
I am so hungover. We were on our way to bed after having people over when the neighbors showed up with more drinking. Ugh. I'm supposed to run 5 in an hour with a friend. I don't know if I'm going.

I'm up. Been up since 4:30 and working. My workout today will *hopefully* be going for a hike if our rain holds off long enough. But I have about 4 hours of work to do this morning before I can go.

Good morning, H&F! Getting ready for my 20 miler with my running buddy. Might actually get to run on trail today! Things have started melting and clearing up up here, so we're going to check out the status of the trails next to my house first before sticking to (albeit mountainous and dirt) roads.
Chili is in the crockpot and I'm looking forward to stuffing my face afterwards.
About to head to the pool for a quick swim day. My half got cancelled yesterday in a really poor call by the race director for weather, so I'm now batting 2/2 in DNSing races for this season.

Getting ready to drop DD off at Hebrew school and wearing my workout clothes so I can run while she’s there. Thinking only 3-4 miles since I did my long run on Thursday, a medium run Friday and a short run yesterday.
We had a late night Friday and got home yesterday at almost 5am. Little one was up at 8-ish so no sleep for us but I tried to get a run in. Yea, I made it a mile before calling it quits. It was so terrible and hot. Today will be better with some rest. I’ll at least run 4 miles this evening. I’m starting a new lifting routine tomorrow and since I won’t be doing any metcons I really need to get a run in today.

I’m up and done with a 10k. First real warm weather run in a long time. And all the trees starting blooming in the last few days, so the pollen was killing me. But it’s done and it was glorious (and confusing) to be running outside and not freezing LOL.
Finished running errands with the family. Going to paint some walls and then pack up and head to my Mama's. I'm crashing with her for a work conference Monday and Tuesday. Not sure what time that's going to put me on the road... hopefully not super late.
And theoretically...go for a run? But really it's not happening.
I was up at 5 and went back to sleep for a while while DH got up with the dog. I worked today and am finishing our taxes now. Yesterday's hilly 18 beat me up more than I thought so doing some gently stretching and foam rolling. I had the classic horrible night's sleep after a tough workout so I'm feeling a bit headachy and tired today. Ugh.
