It’s a new week! I’m actually really motivated today. I meal planned, prepped some and planned workouts.
I did a 10 minute upper body workout and a cardio video too already today.
Meals for the week: Tonight: stuffed pork chops, spinach and cinnamon apples Tuesday: beef burrito bowls Wednesday: leftovers Thursday: pesto shrimp with pasta
Lunches I have some smart ones. Not the best option but want them out of my freezer. Breakfasts are oatmeal. I have jerky, blackberries and cut up veggies for snacks at work if needed.
Same plan...run 20 miles! It will be extra challenging this week because Weds and Thurs are likely not going to happen, which means I need to run at least 1x this weekend. That is sometimes difficult since we try to maximize family time and are now trying to go back to church, which kills any opportunity Sunday morning. Going to try my best though to make it happen! I did run 5.5 miles this morning so I am on my way to a good week!

suzv, do you have a recipe for crispy quinoa bake? I don't have anything close to that in rotation so I'd be interested in try something new.
This week and next are pretty much survival mode with moving & DH working a bunch of late nights, so lots of frozen dinners and a few takeout nights. At least my activity has been up.
