I've been taking it the last month or so. Probably not going to do much but I already take a few supplements so I figured it couldn't hurt. I just bought it at Target, but I saw Costco has some that already has DHEA in it - I would have gotten that if I hadn't already bought some.

I take a prenatal gummy and another supplement - but figured what the hell. I just don't know at what point it all becomes overkill.
I'm sure I'm at overkill now - prenatal, vit D, CoQ10, fish oil, 2 different joint health supps, baby aspirin, probiotic, collagen. And I've actually pared down, it used to be more! I can prob get rid of the vit. D now that the sun is out more. I was taking vit. E for egg health but I guess I ran out because there wasn't any when I just refilled my dispenser. Plus I take powdered magnesium.
I used to take it and didn't get any result from it so I stopped. I also go to shady grove and our RE said it wasn't needed. Right now I'm on metformin, liothyronine, prenatal vit, folic acid and ovasitol/inositol. They just started me on the inositol so I can't say for sure if it's helping. Even when we started with clomid they never said to take it. We go back in a few weeks to develop a plan of action so I might ask him again about it.

My girlfriend mentioned baby aspirin, too - what is that supposed to do?
increased blood flow and circulation - in theory. In reality, prob nothing. I took it the first time though, so I figure it can't hurt.
I don't take it, but my H did in 2017 per RE recommendation. Our first IUI worked that cycle, so he's about to start back on it for our upcoming summer IUIs.
