I often crave melted cheese. I just tossed string cheese (2) into the microwave for 30 seconds and ate the melted heap. Craving satisfied, and I consumed 14 grams of protein.
I rip all the peanut butter out of mini-Ritz sandwiches and stack it all together to make a giant sandwich. I eat the plain crackers and then the giant sandwich last.
I will cut an entire head of iceberg lettuce in half and eat it like an apple. It's like eating crunchy water, I love it. I've done it since I was a kid.
I also sometimes dip tortilla chips into red hot as a snack.

I always eat the peanut butter out of the cracker first. As a kid, I used to scrape it out, make a giant peanut butter ball, eat that, and then eat the crackers separately.

What are yours?
Melted cheese in hot chocolate which people think is gross but actually very good. My grandmother from South America would always make it for us but she said she can't find the type of cheese they used in her country so she uses mozzarella.

I like to smash Skittles flat then eat them and also bite to M&Ms of different colors in half then stick them back together to make a whole dual colored M&M.
I'm currently eating hummus with a spoon because I ran out of carrots to dip in it. Does that count? LOL In my defense, it is a pre-measured amount of hummus in a small bowl, so it's not like I'm going after the entire container of Sabra
For a real one, I like to eat Oscar Meyer, and only Oscar Meyer, Hot Dogs straight of the fridge without heating them up. I then eat of the "skin" first and then eat the inside.

this is basically what I do now as an adult, but having a cracker on each side of the peanut butter ball means it's a sandwich, and therefore much more dignified
If I have different colored sweets, I organize them by color, and first eat the ones I have most of, so I end up with different color groups of the same amounts of sweets.
I put Doritos on my PB&J sandwiches. It's delicious.
DS will eat shredded cheese by the fistful if allowed. But, if you take that exact shredded cheese and melt it (like in chili, on top of some sort of pasta), he thinks it's the most disgusting thing ever.
If I go to a pasta place and get a random piece of pasta in my dish that doesn't match the rest of my pasta, I can't eat the outlier pasta. I put it on the edge of my plate but still eat everything else.
Not mine, but I think my brother (who is now 40 and still does this) wins...
He takes a large glass of milk, lays 4-6 slices of Oscar Meyer bologna on top of glass, and two Little Debbie Swiss cake rolls (ho-hos) on top of that. Then, gets to table, disassembles and drinks milk through the rolled up bologna slices/“straws” until milk and bologna are eaten. Then, finishes it off with the ho-hos.

I used to have a ton of weird food habits but I've cut back so my kids don't pick up on them. I have no idea how my kids eat so normally.
If a food has edges I have to eat those first before eating the middle. I love bacon and PB sandwiches I will make raw pie dough and eat it straight Colored candy gets sorted and eaten in rotation of worst to best I eat the candy and chocolate off PB m&ms before eating the PB part When eating enchiladas, I disassemble and eat all of the inside first, then the tortilla part The last bite of a meal must be the best and can not be a vegetable, I plan around this In general, I disassemble a lot of things to make sure the best parts are last When I was younger I used to mix cinnamon sugar with butter then eat it off a spoon I drink milk mixed with coke or root beer
