Sun-Pork chops in gravy via crock pot Mon-Quesadillas or mac & cheese before gym Tues-Spaghetti with spinach and strawberry salad Wed-Eggs or grilled cheese before gym Thurs-Sheet pan dinner: chicken, roasted veggies, & rice Fri-Pizza Sat-DD and I have a date night
I'm making DH chicken enchiladas from the leftover roast chicken which he will eat on gym nights
No plan no groceries. My neighbor is ordering Chinese and eating with us tonight. I think she realized I was at the end of my ability to cope. I’m grateful for her!

I have ground beef, meatballs, and chicken breasts in the freezer so I’m planning on cleaning the panty this week. Sunday - frozen enchiladas Monday - out after swim Tuesday - Portuguese chicken and veggies Wednesday - spaghetti and meatballs Thursday - Korean beef with rice Friday - salmon and veggies

-Jambalaya - I made a huge vat of it last night (we always add ham, smoked sausage, rainbow peppers and zucchini to stretch it...and to try to thin out the sodium content!) -Stir-fry chicken and veggies over cauliflower rice -Spaghetti and salad
The leftovers should carry us through most of the week/weekend; plus we'll do carryout for dinner with my dad one night for his birthday.
Sunday - sloppy joe Monday - grilled chicken and veggies Tuesday - hamburgers Wednesday - skillet chicken Parmesan Thursday - DH is on his own. I’m out with a friend whose going through a break up, it’s the first night she’s kid free so she’s holding it together until then Friday - out to eat before a minor league baseball team.

Monday I was sick so I let everyone eat cereal! DH had the lunch I didn’t eat. Tuesday: Pork chops on the grill, grilled seasoned green beans, seasoned wild rice Wed: marinated chicken from the freezer, a bag of stir fry veggies from aldi, brown rice Thurs: bbq cheddar chicken wraps Friday: event at school with food, yeah!
