It's the most wonderful time of the year

By which I mean: BOOT SEASON, aka Fall. It's been cooler and rainy here, and I actually wore one of my favorite pairs yesterday. And the waterproofing dressing that I ordered from Zappos arrived yesterday, so I waterproofed my boot wardrobe. It was like digging out all my best friends from the back of the closet. I can't WAIT til it's time to get out my scarf collection.

I have been boot shopping and I had my first PSL from S'Bux this AM. Was not a huge fan, but it might grow on me!

I am very excited about boot season. It's still in the 90's here though. I am pining for a pair of Frye Melissa Buttons. Sigh.

You will hate me, but, I have four pairs of Fryes because there's an outlet in my hometown (where my parents still live), that sells "seconds" for $90! I haven't seen the Melissa buttons, but I have a pair of short brown harness boots, chocolate brown campus, weathered tan campus, and grey over the knee campus. I think I'm going to keep an eye out for a black pair this year, as my only black boots are a pair of Steve Madden riding boots.
