Challenge: If your exercising has been happening less often or in smaller doses than you would like, make some improvements. Even if it isn't specifically adding in workouts, making small changes is great, like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking the half mile to the park instead of driving, etc.
It was a case of Murphy's law for much of the past week. I did spend a bunch of time enjoying the outdoors with LO. I made a tiny dent in reorganizing the garage. I am hoping to get some outdoor projects done yet this week.
I finally made an appointment with a counselor. Unfortunately, she was booked out until September. I’d contacted several others previously, and none were taking on new patients at all.
I’ve been working out very little since my parents have been on vacation for the past few weeks. They normally drive DD to ABA in the AM & I work out at lunch. I will try walking our dog in the coming evenings.

I've been emailing and talking with DD1's IEP Case Manager. I feel like she is really trying to understand DD's strengths and challenges. She's going to be working with DD during math and doing daily check-ins. She met with DD yesterday, and I think DD liked her because she was much more open to the idea of getting some help than she was when I talked to her about it last week. I feel good about the goals we set, and everyone on the team agreed that we'll see how things go and make adjustments as needed.
DD3 and I have been going for walks most days, and I took DD2 and DD3 for a long bike/scooter ride the other night. DH has taken ownership of soccer and swim practice for DD1 which means I get to spend more time with just the two littles which is really nice.
