Just wanted to share this idea in case anyone is interested
I made DH a 366 day calendar for our 1st anniversary (paper). It’s front and back, so 183x2. The anniversary one is 6x6” and has the date, a quote/bible verse/love note/etc, and picture in each page (I even included a day for leap year and I had a day that says “happy anniversary” in the front with a picture from our wedding day and a note on the back.
So, this morning I decided to tackle one for Fathers Day so DH can take it to work. I am going to keep it simple...5x5, picture (4x4 from Shutterfly), date...not every page with say something (if any do)
Things I am considering...
-having C paint on some of the 5x5 before putting pictures and dates on -putting a picture of a specific person if it’s their birthday (a picture of his mom on her birthday date, picture from our wedding on our anniversary, picture from Christmas on Christmas, etc).
DH has mentioned wanting a picture at work and I know how fun it is to flip through our current calendar and reminisce on some good memories we have together! Doing the quotes/verses/song lyrics was very time consuming...I think this way will be much easier (but still take awhile).
Last time I did a bunch of collages from Costco to save on picture costs, this time I am hoping to use Shutterfly (just depends on how much they want to charge me for 366 4x4 pictures...free through the app but still have to pay for shipping).
