1) Got all 5 workouts in. Didn't completely fall off the nutrition wagon. Had to eat a piece of H's birthday cake on Saturday and a couple sweets on Mother's Day - because it would have been rude not to. 2) I'm travelling this week for work. Hoping to run twice while I'm away. Maybe get some bodyweight exercises done in my hotel room. 3) try to make healthy choices while eating all meals out. 4) I ran a mile pushing DD2 in the stroller. It wasn't nearly as slow as I was expecting it be. I also PR'd my back squat at 6:00 this morning. Holler. Bonus - DD1 and my H made me the coolest rainbow cake. The mix was like 6 years old (it was already well-past expired when we moved it from our condo into our next house 2 years ago), so it was disgusting, but beautiful. At least I'm not tempted to eat any more than the tiny bite I took of it!
callmekd, judyblume14, yes it's me! I'm on day 15 of 80 DO so far. I'm really liking it! If you can keep your workout time the same every day, it really helps.
1. How did last week go? Great! I got all 6 workouts done and stuck pretty close to the diet. 2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Get in 6 workouts for 80 DO 3. What are your food goals for the week? Get back on track with diet. I fell off the wagon a little due to Mother's Day brunch with a small slice of cheesecake and some chocolate covered pretzels - but they were so good! 4. Any non-scale victories? I'm feeling stronger already - I think I need to get some heavier weights! Bonus - What was the highlight of your mother's day weekend? Sleeping in until 9am on Sunday.
polecat8 - I like it. I also love Autumn and had great results with hammer & chisel. so I'm looking forward to chipping away at this c-section belly flab.
I'll be doing my workouts at night - like 7:30pm-8:30pm because it's the only time I have. Kids are up by 6am and are normally in bed by 7pm.

Ahh yes, the c-section flab...I've got it too.
If I could just wave a magic wand, it would be for that!
Autumn keeps saying that we are always working our core during the workouts - I hope she is right!
1. I did great with my planks until Friday. I crashed and burned at 1min 20sec not close to the 2 minute timer and had no desire to try again. I did get my walks in! 2. 90 second plank each day, walk 3 times 3. Portion control. Eating half a pan of green bean casserole isn't good on top of a full plate of dinner. 4. NA 5. I got to do what I wanted which was plant my flowers and putter in my garden.
1. How did last week go? I kind of ate like crap and didn’t get good sleep and drank too much and ran twice. Clearly, it was my first week off a training cycle. 2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? I’m not training but would like to get more miles than last week. 3. What are your food goals for the week? Eat better than last week. 4. Any non-scale victories? It’s nice to take a break. Bonus - What was the highlight of your mother's day weekend? My oldest son really needed some individual attention to improve his attitude. We played bocce ball just the two of us and rode our bikes together at the Campground and laughed about farts. It was time well spent.
polecat8 - do you have the sliders for 80DO? or do you use something else?
I do have the sliders. I ended up buying a package that had the sliders, loops, shakeology drinks and cup, food containers, and 1 year subscription to beachbody on demand. It ended up being a pretty good deal.
2chatter - my friend is terribly allergic to poison ivy and has many, many other sensitivities that drastically affect her health. She’s an avid Gardner and used to get it every year and it would spread quickly.
mae0111 - I will try that! It didn’t spread (much) this time but two weeks of being nervous it will isn’t fun. It’s on my right arm and my neck (neck from sleeping).
