I just read the rest. Soozy thinks too many people are on welfare. She also hates abortion. She didn't read SBP's legendary abortion post, or did but didn't absorb anything. She thinks a woman should just avoid getting pregnant, or should give her baby up for adoption or "learn to love it." She would rather that child live "in the system" than not live at all. But she thinks too many people are on welfare.
soozy has to be a troll. I mean, abstinence only education? For real?!
That is someone who clearly doesn't have the ability to think rationally. "god said to" is the limit of how deep she can ponder.
Off topic: I've noticed that we're getting some new traffic. I kind of like it. Keeps things interesting. And I don't think she's a troll. Growing up in Indiana, there are just a TON of people who believe this stuff with not even the faintest idea why they believe it or what it is they actually believe.
This is what got me. I asked her specifically what policies a Romney-Ryan administration or a Republican-led Congress would enact that would encourage women facing unplanned pregnancy to keep the baby and then provide needed support to raise it. The response was basically, "I don't know, nobody has the answer." OooooK. So you say that you're Republican because you don't like abortion and you want to provide support for people facing unplanned pregnancies, but you can't articulate a single policy that would do that?
I know she's all "working" at her "job," but I wanted y4m to bust out some figures about unemployment and minimum wage and be all like, "Bitch please, Republican economic policies benefit everyone so then people will be better positioned to take care of their babies." I may not agree with her on all of that, but it uses, you know, logic 'n' shit.

I didn't think troll until the abstinence answer. I mean, I'm sure she's not, but I'd like some sanity in my world and not have my illusions that people can think utterly destroyed.
Also I don't think I ever said abstinence only. I think that is a good start, but realize that people are going to have sex even if I tell them not to.
Well, think what you will. My "ridculousness" may be in the minority here, but my vote counts just as much as yours come election day. And overall I think both parties have enough ridiculousness to go around!

Actually not really. The electoral college ensures that some people's votes are worth more than others. It kills me that there's a realistic possibility that yours is worth more than mine.
I would rather have unwanted babies than dead ones. You know what I mean? Not everyone would make that choice, to me that is sad.
I just want to say that unwanted children and the psychological and physiological trauma that comes with that breaks my heart far, far, far more than terminating a pregnancy and killing a fetus.
If I were to boil down all the many reasons I am pro-choice to something as simple as the pro-life's 'because God said so' this would be it for me -- I don't like to see suffering children.

A fetus is a parasite. It is an organism that survives by scavenging nutrition snd blood from a host. Until birth, when it then becomes self-sustaining, it is not a person. And so abortion cannot possibly be murder.
