I get off early today (woo!), and DH is getting off early, too. He also has an interview today, so positive vibes and T&P to him today please! It's in-house, so hopefully he'll get it.

Should be an intersting weekend. BIL is set to propose tomorrow. We'll see how that goes! I'll post pictures if I can.

good morning! h suggested we go to IL's house today. made me want to vomit. but oh well. gotta do what i gotta do.

without me doing any non-fun-research, does anybody know how cold it got last night? i planted my veggie garden starts outside two days ago, and i heard on the news yesterday "find out where it'll hit 30 tonight!" so i covered them...hope they're still alive.

Tman is on a field trip today and I really wanted to be able to go, but I'm babysitting. I know he'll have fun.

I think we are going to take a little inflatable boat up to a lake by my mom's and do some fishing this weekend. I hope it's not too cold.

I have a busy weekend... My last one in Arizona.

Tonight, BFF is coming over to help pack, and spend some quality time together. Hopefully the packing/drinking ratio will be productive.

Tomorrow afternoon, a friend is hosting a goodbye pool party/bbq at her house for me.

Sunday, I'm meeting up with another group of friends that I met through the Phoenix Nest for dinner.

In between all that I need to finish packing & all that fun stuff. I feel really good about the move, and I'm really looking forward to being back in WA! This next week will FLY by!

llh - I forget where you're thinking of moving to when you get back here. Do you have a place already or staying with someone while you hunt?

Blessedly yesterday was super slow for me at work...since I had to leave at 9:30 am and spent all morning with Cousin in the ER. They ended up keeping her overnight as they thought her pain levels were too high for "just" ovarian cysts. Luckily, all tests show baby is still a happy and healthy little dumpling. I went home for dinner and was just SO tired...that morning of stress and worry really took it out of me. H drove me back to the hospital so I could bring her PJs, toothbrush and such.

This weekend I'm going to my belated Mother's Day visit to my step-mom. I've been working on some alternate sources for getting basalt rocks for less than $400 for our spiral herb garden, so I might be able to arrange delivery this weekend...and need to arrange delivery of garden soil from Cedar Grove for our veggie bad (and herb spiral). So the weekend will have odds and ends of gardening as usual.

Sunday, I'm hoping we can go to UDistrict Fair but not a priority. Priority I do want is to go to West SEattle or Ballard market though.

Woot! It's Friday.

No big plans this week. DH and I are both traveling at some point next week for work, so I think it will just be laundry and packing.

I'm also on the official one week countdown until 30. I foresee lots of alcohol in my future. :beer: :drink:

I'll be staying with family for a bit. Until I get a job, and all that fun stuff. Still hoping to get back on at my old work. Fingers crossed for that!

For better or for worse I am finally done with all four midterms of this week.. and now need to start studing for finals in two weeks. lol yaaayy...
