Sorry I'm late! 1) How did last week go? 2) What are your exercise goals for this week? 3) What are your nutrition goals for the week? 4) Any non-scale victories?
Bonus - ugh, I can't think of anything. Tell me how you stay active while on a family vacation.
Let me start with I did pull ups on rings, girl push ups the entire time, and no vest. I finished in 51:40. It was not terrible! I'll do it again for sure. I'm hoping i can work up to wearing at least a 14lb vest next memorial day!

erinshelley21 - that is so great! And not "great for your first time"... just great!!
I pushed DD1 in the stroller for the runs. Pullups - about 40 real, 60 jumping Pushups - about 140 real (and real ugly), 60 on my knees.
It took me 72 mins.
Last year, I did all jumping pullups and knee pushups... and DD1 was 10# lighter. My time was 55:11 last year.
ETA - I won't add a vest until I've done the whole thing Rx
Adding another thing, because it's funto reflect on. This was my 5th Murph. 1st - 5m pregnant; scaled like you, cut in half. 2014 2nd - 8m post-partum, scaled, half. 2015 3rd - had just found out I was pregnant (maybe 8w?), scaled, cut in half. 2016 4th - last year, described above. 2017 5th - this weekend. 2018

1. Last week was great for exercise AND nutrition. It's been a while since I was mostly satisified with my food choices. 2. Aiming for 5 CF workouts plus 3 miles. 3. Stick with grilled meats and veggies. Avoid simple carbs. 4. NSVs - Finished Murph and challeneged myself more than I have before. Did another Hero WOD the next day (!). Ran a total of 6 miles last week... which may seem like a pittance to most of you, but to me, it's crazy.

judyblume14 that's badass! I haven't fully decided if I want to do everything rx or add the vest. The people at my gym seem to be about half and half on how they go about it.
My Murph legs did not enjoy the wall balls or target burpees in our WOD for today though. Lol.
1) How did last week go? Not great, I’m atill ina. Running funk and haven’t really been able to get many miles in because of some weird post training mental block I’m going through. I’ve gained 10 lbs since my half on May 6, too. Also my Garmin died! So now I really don’t feel like running bc it won’t “count.” Customer service is awesome though so I should have one by next week.
2) What are your exercise goals for this week? Run a little. Maybe.
3) What are your nutrition goals for the week? Eat better.
4) Any non-scale victories? Not really.
Bonus - ugh, I can't think of anything. Tell me how you stay active while on a family vacation. I bring my running stuff to camping trips. We walk a lot and I bring my bike too. This is my bike from 7th grade hehehehe
1) How did last week go? It was good until Saturday night. I got all of my workouts done and then I ended up with a cold. I'm so glad that it happened right before my rest day. But I realized that I lost 8 pounds in Phase 1 of 80 Day Obsession! No inches lost though...how does that happen? 2) What are your exercise goals for this week? Continuing with 80 Day Obsession. I am in phase 2 and struggling a bit since I have this cold. 3) What are your nutrition goals for the week? Get back on track with my meal plan. I cheated on Sunday at a cookout. 4) Any non-scale victories? I'm proud of myself for sticking to 80DO for 29 days. I feel stronger and leaner.
Bonus - ugh, I can't think of anything. Tell me how you stay active while on a family vacation. Lots of walking. We always seem to pick activities that involve a lot of walking and hiking because we love being outdoors.

1. Last week was excellent for workouts and pretty good for nutrition. Our challenge is half way over so I'm starting to lose steam. 2. 3 crossfit, 2 piyo, 1 run. We'll see though. My muscles are very sore today. 3. Stick to the challenge. Stop eating the damn oatmeal energy bites DH made. I've had 5 since midnight. 4. I completed a scaled Murph with a great time and survived. Bonus. I always take my shoes and a couple sets workout clothes. Sometimes I use them, sometimes I don't. This is the first time in our 10 years together that DH and I are both exercising regularly so I can see it being more of a priority on vacations now. We were that couple running in the rain at 7am when we camped a couple weekends ago.
1) How did last week go? So-So got my walks in plus a bonus hike with elevation. Didn't do any planks or wall sits. Truthfully I lost my motivation to do them. 2) What are your exercise goals for this week? Tweaked my ankle when I fell through snow on our hike so I'm limited. Did walk yesterday and want to walk again later this week. 3) What are your nutrition goals for the week? No alcohol! I drank way too many wine slushies Sunday. 4) Any non-scale victories?
Bonus - ugh, I can't think of anything. Tell me how you stay active while on a family vacation.
Usually vacations are camping or visiting friends so the entire time is outdoor activities so I actually become almost a weekend warrior. In the past it has been 10+ mile paddles, 5+ mile hikes...DD now helps keep the mileage down especially now that she is too big to be carried the whole time. Even when we went to Hawaii we didn't get a car so we walked everywhere.
judyblume14 , erinshelley21 ,I’m really impressed that you guys do crossfit! I tried it out once thinking I was in really good shape. It was …humbling.
1) How did last week go? Last week went pretty well. I missed one work out but my diet was pretty consistent even over the weekend which is usually when I struggle. 2) What are your exercise goals for this week? 6 runs/strength training work outs 3) What are your nutrition goals for the week? To be consistent with my diet. 4) Any non-scale victories? I got fitted for orthotics this week! My physical therapist said that they will really help my running and with my overall knee and hip pain.
Bonus - ugh, I can't think of anything. Tell me how you stay active while on a family vacation. I usually try to stay somewhere with a gym or has space for me to do you tube videos. I usually have great work out intentions on vacation but in all honesty I only end up working out half the time.

1) How did last week go? So so, I did all 5 workouts but ate everything over the weekend at the coast. I’m not great when I go somewhere and someone else supplies the food. I feel guilty not eating things they provide.
2) What are your exercise goals for this week?
None! I was already wanting to do a rest week and I had my eyebrows microbladed and am supposed to not sweat for a week so here it is. I do plan to do some glute rehab which I really need to work back in my life since my hips have been bugging me. I bought some resistance bands off of amazon and am ready to go.
3) What are your nutrition goals for the week? Not go too nuts. I have a celebratory food bye lunch today and two dinners out with friends this weekend.
4) Any non-scale victories? Nope. Scale victory is that I haven’t gained anything back yet even with the bad weekend but I’m not expecting that to last.
Bonus - ugh, I can't think of anything. Tell me how you stay active while on a family vacation.
I’m horrible about it. I bring my workout clothes but I tend to just not do it. If I have a buddy I will workout. My SIL is usually super disciplined so if she works out,I will too. If my H would work out i totally would but he has a chronic neck injury and can’t really do anything I miss our running days together.
1) Two workouts. DD is stressed with finals so she hasn’t been available to go with me. 2) Boxed yesterday, box tomorrow 3) stop eating so many bad things. Last night DH left Guys Night Out early and I met him for chips/margaritas at an upscale place (at 9:15 PM!) we like - he said our new job celebration at the local Mexican wasn’t enough. Tonight I’m GNO at local Mexican place to celebrate EOY. See a trend? We also had chips and dips on Memorial Day. This morning I ate a muffin at a coffee shop because I was meeting our travel agent to plan Disney dining and I forgot to eat before I left because a spreadsheet was jacked at work. 4) Any non-scale victories? My clothes still fit and three people have said I have lost weight (one was my ExH) when in reality I weigh the most I have since January 2017.
Bonus - active IS our vaca. SUP, kayak, run, walk, hike, climb, bike, swim, snorkel. I suck at “sit around” vaca.
1) How did last week go? - it went pretty well. I'm aiming for 4-5 days of 80DO - I can't keep up with 6x week. 2) What are your exercise goals for this week? Continue with 4-5 days of these workouts. 3) What are your nutrition goals for the week? continue to eat well-balanced/healthy meals, but also allow myself some treats. 4) Any non-scale victories? I wore a pair of jeans that I haven't worn for 2 years (coming up on the 2 year anniversary of getting pregnant with the twins). they zipped up much easier than I expected. it was pretty exciting.
