I was dying over that! I stayed at H's gma's house when I was transitioning to my big girl job after college and she had bagged milk! I was soooo confused and didn't drink it b/c it grossed me out that it stayed open in the fridge. This was rural MN, btw.

Hilarious!
But confession, we buy milk in the regular jugs but we leave the cap off so it's open all the time. The brand we buy has a twist on cap instead of a snap-on, and apparently I'm a lazy heifer and it annoyed me. So I left it off one day and Bean didn't complain (she's really the only one that drinks milk in our house) so it stuck. Plus we usually have 2-4 gallons in the fridge at a time so the storage aspect would be awesome.

I read that last night, also. So hilarious. There's a popular chain store in Michigan ( where we are originally from ) that still sells them. So, the idea wasn't hilarious but seeing the reaction to it and how it developed was LOLtastic.

I would totally buy milk bags.
I don't understand the milk in a bag thing but are snap on lids common? I'm pretty sure I've only ever had twist tops!

I grew up with snap-on in Illinois. You could just palm the lid and smash it back on. I don't know that I've seen snap-on out here though. I've only ever bought the one brand here and it's a twist.
