I'm sorry, getting this off the ground has been busy and I have a bubs in my lap so typing with one hand makes everything slower. So I can't take the time to make a GBCN account for one post.

I just want someone to relay that I will not pick and choose who to approve. I saw a comment there about exclusivity and that's definitely not the intention. Every poster from TB is welcome, but trolls are not. This is why I have just asked people to PM me from their bump account with their private board name and I put them right on the list (unless it's someone I don't immediately recognize, then I either look for a post of theirs or ask around to make sure they aren't one of the April moms that went rogue and went to FB--those are the people that ended up antagonizing people like Gisa et al. Correct? I'm talking about MamaBear and her troll posse that used to pop up for drama, I assume they comprise 99% of the April bmb troll population).

If there is a slight delay in getting approved it's because I'm only one person and my baby has me feeding him or something. I am sure, however, that once the bulk of poster who have decided they wish to move over have done so, it will be smooth sailing all around.

I am more than happy to add additional Admins. and Mods on the private board--I could use help from people who are/were frequent posters!

I said the thing about exclusivity. It wasn't meant as I felt people would pick and choose who they want in or out. I meant it as people who are not as involved or mostly lurkers might see it as exclusive.

Because nobody wanted to leave TB back then. And Charmed is a member there, so she is aware of it.

If new boards are continually introduced people are going to be spread out among the boards in small groups. You are never going to be able to make everyone happy and get them all on one.

I think charmed just posted that there is now 66 members...off the top of my head I think of:
Huahualove, AmandaR, Jesbeth, KKFeb, Miniray, MrsA, Monkeybabe, Kdrake, Ladybug, Kellbear...there are a lot more, and a lot of those are also going back and forth to TB.

I think atleast half of those are here too.

I really really like a lot of those ladies. I doubt the private board will last, so I hope they find their way here(and be active) some day.
