I'm trying to get back to meal planning after a ton of crazy, atypical weeks...
Sun - Tacos Mon - Zucchini Lasagna Tues - leftover lasagna after softball for DH and me, quick sandwiches before softball for the kids Wed - grilled chicken over salad Thurs - out to celebrate DD2's preschool graduation Fri - probably homemade pizza Sat -
Monday - moms for dinner, so super unhealthy fried pork, mashed potatoes, beans and cornbread, but it was good. Tuesday- I bought some barbecue for a fundraiser, so just some baked beans, Mac and cheese, and salad to go with. Wednesday - lasagna Thursday - leftover lasagna Friday - hopefully at the pool so? Saturday - catered birthday party.
Sun - homemade pizza Mon - French dip sandwiches, pasta salad Tues - lasagna rolls, garlic bread Wed - marinated grilled chicken Thurs- date night Fri - fend for yourself DH has an activity and I’ve got a class Sat - grilled chicken vegetable pasta primavera
DH did the planning and shopping. I had to finish the list and there were a few errors but we are getting there! Now, if only he would get home early enough to cook it all....
