Boots! A big one though, some have like a Sephora inside. I really like Liz Earle products, esp. the cream cleanser, and they don't really have them in the US offline, but they do sell them at some Boots locations. SpaceNK is great too, Emma Hardie balm is faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaab. (I am going back in late July, stocking up on both!)

I agree about a big Boots & Space NK, though you can probably find most stuff in the US. I would also head into a Superdrug if you like Makeup Revolution stuff. If you like Charlotte Tilbury and don't live close to one, you can check it out in London (in John Lewis or at Covent Garden. 3INA is quite cool and also in Covent Garden. Kiko is also an interesting store.

Outside of Cult Beauty, Emma Hardie is hard to find, and when I got mine there it was melted (which doesn't go back to the solid form...still works but messy. My mom's from there was much better). Liz Earle does have an online shop but you can get it much cheaper in the UK. You can get the Hot Cloth Cleanser starter kit at Birchbox but it is almost never in stock. The washclothes are the best, I am going to stock up on those.
I was disappointed to hear that Seventeen was being discontinued. Wayne Goss recommended one of their mascaras and I bought a couple...I really liked it but now it will be gone! (FalsiFyes, I think?)
