Weekend was good...spent Saturday running around doing some fun errands--cherry-picking and buying some fresh peaches. I spent Saturday night pitting 5 lbs of cherries, which was not a lot of fun, but they are now infusing in liquor for Christmas presents. I still need to process the peaches, but a similar thing will be happening to them. I worked all day on Sunday, which was a bummer, but at least I got a fair bit done.

My weekend was pretty good. My friend's kid slept over Friday, so I took the kids to see Incredibles 2. Did house stuff on Saturday and then had a really good date on Sunday! Pretty solid weekend, I'd say.

I didn't love it. I actually was checking my watch to see if it was almost over, a couple of times. The best parts were Jack-Jack's scenes and a lot of those were on the previews. Both boys (14 and 11) were kinda "ehh" about it.

Bummer.  Guess we'll Netflix it, then.  Our cat is nicknamed Jack-Jack, and he is an energetic little demon sometimes, so the movie seemed appropriate.

Oh man, count me in as bummed that Incredibles 2 wasn't amazing doriswe.

I was sick allll weekend. Hell, I'm still pretty sick. I think it's really just bad allergies, but after I hadn't slept a couple nights in a row due to the sore throat and constant nose blowing, I was useless/comatose. I spent all weekend with no voice, a couple boxes of tissues, and a whole lot of tea with honey.

I still have ear/sinus pain, a stuffy nose, and no appetite. Delightful! At least it was this weekend, though, and not the one prior (my brother's wedding) or next weekend (horse show).

Today is actually a pretty good Monday for me. I've been interviewing for a new role (same company, different job) and I found out today I got the job! I'm so stinking excited!

Weekend was also nice. My friend's parents were in town and I adore them so I got to spend some time with them. Nothing crazy just a good, relaxing weekend with some fun time thrown in.

I agree about Incredibles 2, it was a big disappointment compared to the 1st one but I am not really surprised since they made a big mistake making a sequel 14 years later which they should made a sequel between 1 to 5 years after the original

I'm here and alive! Ridiculously busy today, will also be tomorrow and Wednesday. Then, a break! Which my phone just tried to write as beer, which will definitely be part of it.

My weekend was great! My dad really enjoyed his time with us and the meals we treated him to. Oh, I even slept in a little on Sunday. It was glorious!

My weekend was hot. As in our heat index was 100 degrees.

I went to a movie night at my friends house on Saturday. Yesterday, I did some decluttering.

This week I'm without the kids, so I'm working over time at work and doing some fun stuff with friends.
