Nothing going on this week. Just hanging around the house.
Sanitary dept trucks showed up at my house earlier. Then my neighbor knocks on the door asking me to check our basement floor drains. I told him, no, lol, and made him do it. If there is shit backing up into my basement, I'd rather not see. Luckily, no issues at our house. We share a line (city is in process of upgrading and splitting) so thankfully the blockage was before it got to our house. And lucky for my neighbor, the city guys felt sorry for us (I think playing the "we have a newborn at home" sympathy card worked) so they cleared the blockage for my neighbor so that 1) he didn't have to pay someone and 2) it doesn't continue on down the line and affect our house.
So in the parking ramp at work, there is this pickup truck that always backs into a spot. Problem is, it's the spot where there is a walkway to get from one side to the other. I specifically park by this walkway (on the other side) so I can easily cut through and not have to go around to get out of the ramp. So this truck always backs all the way up and blocks the walkway/cut through. I've discussed this with other coworkers walking in and they're annoyed too. There is a coworker of mine that parks next to me every day who is pregnant and probably can't squeeze through there considering I barely can most days. Anyways, I left a note on their windshield today. I'm so fed up! Yes, it's a parking spot, but if you park in it normally, you don't block it from people walking through. I really wish they'd either not make that a spot (there is a crosswalk right next to it, should be right where the walkway is!) or that this guy could just park like a normal person. We'll see if the note helps, lol.

In good news, my dryer is working again. It's a little frustrating because the fix was something DH could have done but he had no idea to look for it (and LG neglected to mention it as a possibility the times he spoke to them) So we're out some money we could have saved but at least it's fixed.
In bad news, I think I might have just run a load in the wash without putting in a laundry detergent pod. Whoops.

We had a reply all disaster at work today. Lol. Someone sent something to a bunch of distribution lists that they shouldn't have sent it to. Queue 170 emails by the time I left replying to all. I'd guess half are people telling everyone not to reply all, a quarter were people saying they got the email by mistake or asking to be removed and the rest were memes or people being dumb and asking random stuff to be annoying. Everything was so backed up I wasn't getting emails until like a half hour later. I know there are more emails coming because apparently our boss sent out an email telling us how to ignore it but I never got that email. Such a mess! Why do people not understand basic email stuff? *facepalm*

This is seriously one of my biggest work pet peeves. I used to send out a lot of emails to large distribution lists, and I figured out very quickly that if you use BCC no one can Reply All their responses. And then I taught that trick to everyone I worked with, because it drives me BONKERS. lol.

I was laughing because people apparently know this BUT they don't know how it works. They'd reply all and put everyone in BCC but that only works IF people try to respond to that particular email and not the original or the bazillion other responses. Lol. My favorite of course were the ones replying all to tell people to stop replying all to tell people to stop replying all... Hahaha.
We have 2 birthday parties this weekend, both 3 year olds.
The one today, is E's good friend from church, but I don't care for his mom or older brother. But the dad is also our worship minister. So we need to make nice. *sigh* The mom's FB event she made for this party... she's been posting gift suggestions for the past couple weeks.
I would rather go to the one tomorrow, as it is sort of family. I love this family. But my mom and grandmother should be coming in town during this party, so we're a big maybe. I doubt they want togo to a 3 year old party right after they'd been driving for 8 hours.

I'm sorry....gift suggestions? Uh no. If someone comes to ME and asks me an idea in private, I may toss them a few things. But I sure as heck wouldn't post them....
