Is anyone still here? I miss this board Any lurkers, old regs or newbies want to talk style and beauty again? How has your summer wardrobe been? Any fun new purchases? I’m newly postpartum so I’m not very fashionable these days admittedly but would love to live vicariously through you guys!

I’m here. My wardrobe is boring after having DS. I’m sticking with just a few things as I’m trying to loose the baby weight. DS is 7 months old so we’ll see how long it takes lol.

I’m in the same boat. I look back on some of my past ootd and am like huh I used to be fashionable ha. I can’t believe your little guy is 7 months already! And that I have two now!

I’ve had some great luck at eShakti lately. I’ve figured out which dress styles they sell look best on me and and have had a lot of success. Their shipping speed has really improved too.

I just hit the Nordstrom sale online and my H is going to kill me when all the boxes show up! Ha! I ordered a bunch of tennis shoes in different sizes so a bunch will be going back. The UPS guy is going to hate me.

I am totally not stylish anymore, I went to nursing school and found a bun and scrubs to be the only thing I wore. LOLOLOL!!

Now that I am graduated, and boards are done, I am thinking of putting on actual clothes and makeup...so I hope I can remember how to look decent. ha!

Hi! I miss this board too. I took some time off to work with several Doctors on a chronic condition. Our area of the city is laid-back and hipster. My brunch outfits usually consist on ladder ripped jeans, a kimono if I’m feeling fancy or a band shirt if I’m not, and old school adidas. I get to play with a lot of street style and dress up. I did get to do my first Derby Ball which was a total day of glam and fun. Also, DH has made it into almost a habit to take me to a steakhouse for special occasions and reserved their Louis Vuitton booth for me. It’s made out of a few sets of luggage and is LV from top to bottom. No recent purchases for me except the Kelly Moore belt bag and black gazelles with silver polka dots.

I had a great interview in Oncology, which is what I wanted, but turned it down. I need days, and it was only for nights. I am looking at OB now, and have another interview for ICU as well. We shall see. I hope I can figure out what to wear on my downtime. LOL!!SaveSave

Good luck! I'm in OB nursing now and I love it. Did nursery/NICU for 4.5 years prior to this job and loved that too.

That being said, many new grads and new employees have to work nights. I worked nights for my first 2 years after graduation. Even when I got this job, with my experience, I still had to work nights for several months until a day shift position opened up.

I check in from time to time. It's been a while though. The last two years I was working and and taking classes at the same time. I finally graduated with my Associate degree. My brain was so fried from doing both, that DH and I decided that I should stop working and finish getting my bachelor degree over the next year and half. But if it takes any longer than that, I'll have to go back to work. So we'll see. So since I'm a SAHM my wardrobe is now super casual. I have been trying to ramp up my blog and IG account with my more casual outfits. Might as well since I have a ton of time. Anyway, that is what I've been up to.
