I'm going to kick this off with a terrible pun.  I was making orzo last night, and DH asked what it was.  I replied "It's pasta that looks like rice...which means it could be considered a rice im-pasta (impostor)!"  I laughed hysterically at my own joke while DH stood there staring at me like

I would have laughed.

We're just working and trying to stay awake.

I can't wait for 5pm, as today is my Friday.

I had blood work yesterday and he told me that my levels are almost normal and all the other stuff looks perfect. So, woohoo! Other than repeat blood work in a month, I don't have any follow up. However, I did respond back to his message and asked if I can have the occasional drink. I hope he responds back before 5pm as we are planning on going to a baseball game tomorrow and I'd love a beer, haha.

I'm finally feeling recovered, or mostly recovered, from Saturday. Looking forward to water aerobics class this evening and to possibly going out with a friend for drinks tonight.

Got to leave work at 3pm today and that was wonderful. Tonight I’m watching the musical 1776 and relaxing.

Thankfully, the house isn’t as hot tonight, so it should be a relaxing evening.
