Has anyone seen good Youtube tutorials that teach you how to pair bright shadows with neutrals to make them more wearable/work friendly? I think EmilyNoel has a video on this that I've seen (and will revisit), but I'm looking for any others that you might suggest as well. I need to either use these colors or just be honest with myself and get rid of them from my collection.

I think Make up by Bailey has a video. I know I have seen a lot of pictures on Pinterest. My go to is an under the eye, corner of the eye blended in or as a corner crease.

My Peter Thomas Roth Un-Wrinkle Turbo Line Lotion arrived today. I am so excited to try it - it has legit gold shimmer in it. I thought y'all were exaggerating SallyJMrsAxilla.

I think I'm going to order this based on the recs here.
Sizzli's birthday party is this weekend, and we're having a bbq at the house - tons of people invited, whole family, etc etc.
So the whole house needs a top to bottom cleaning. I'm in charge of bathrooms - so I started in my bathroom and realized I couldn't really make the vanity look neat until I organized my makeup and skincare. Soooooo....yeah, instead of cleaning the bathrooms I purged and reorganized my entire makeup and skincare collection. Pulled everything out, dumped it on the bed and went through all of it. I had swatches up to my elbow on my left hand. Shorti wandered in while I was poking my cream highlighters to make sure they were still ok and left very glowy and with sparkly pink lips. Vanity looks much better now though, and I can actually find things again.
Didn't actually clean anything ELSE in the bathroom though. Oops.
But I wore a blush this morning that I haven't touched in months. Also I'm hereby forbidden from buying new skincare until I break into my newly organized stash of backups. I have SO MUCH I'd kinda forgotten about waiting in the wings. Deluxe samples for DAYS.
I spent enough this weekend at Ulta so I now have EXACTLY 2,000 points. Time to start plotting my $125 of free stuff while I wait for the next 20% off coupon. MUHAHAHAHA!!!!
As a reminder -- for the last few years at the end of August, Ulta does that Platinum appreciation day, where everything is 5-10X points, and there are specials. I am going to resist all Ulta purchases until then.

It's only been a few days but I am seriously digging the Peter Thomas Roth Un-Wrinkle Turbo Line Lotion. I don't think I can give legit feedback yet but my initial impression is that it is definitely filling a hole in my pretty simple skincare routine.
I caved and bought the new ABH palette. And the AG tinted sunscreen, and....and...and. I spent more in one order than I had all year so far. Looks like my status for next year is secure now.

Not makeup but skin care...the redness from the KP on my arms is driving me crazy. The bumps are pretty much gone but my arms are just pink because every little hair follicle looks pink. I hate it so much.
I don't know what else to try for just the pink/redness. I'm thinking of trying glycolic acid peels.
PS sorry if I've posted whining about this before, it is highly likely lol

Definitely share what you think about the AG tinted sunscreen.
peachy I just ordered a glycolic lotion to see if it would help my KP. I'll let you know if I have any success.
It was part of a larger order of small sized items from a brand pantsparty recommended on ML. www.makeupartistschoice.com/ Not only did I get the stuff super fast because the distribution center is here, they also threw in a nice little sample of a mask to try. Definitely pleased so far. Hopefully the products are good too!

Mine improved substantially on my legs and arms when I switched to using a Salux cloth followed by daily cocoa butter + body oil moisturizing. My skin doesn't seem to shed dead skin cells very well. Physical exfoliation plus moisturizing has helped fix body and face issues.

I really love MUAC! No frills packaging but truly high-quality products. Their peels last forever!

Body oil has cleared up my KP completely. It works quickly too.

Thank you!
I’ve had the same luck with exfoliating/moisturizing for the bumps but the damn redness/pink tone won’t go away with them. It’s frustrating. I know I could have it a lot worse with KP though so I shouldn’t bitch so much.

Thank you! Ever since I had my kid (3 years ago) my KP has been horrendous and embarrassing. I'm just too tired to do a full exfoliation/moisturizer routine for every shower.
