Sorry it's taken so long to update, I feel like the past 2 days have been so busy!

Thomas John (TJ) was born yesterday at 11:33 am via RCS - 8lb, 2oz and 20.5 inches long. He is SUCH a chill baby so far, and he's eating, pooping and sleeping right on schedule. We are so in love!

We had a little bit of a rocky start to the day, everything was going great and I was in the OR literally hunched over about to get the needle for my spinal when they got the call that I was getting bumped for an emergency CS. So I had to go back and wait a good 2 hours which ultimately was fine, it was just hard mentally to sit and wait after being ready to go. The surgery itself went great and seemed SO much easier than last time - I guess not being in labor for 45 hours leading up to it helped

I had really hoped for a VBAC attempt but I have to say, the whole procedure and recovery so far has been a much better/easier experience than last time so really, I'm ok with it - just happy he is here safe and sound!

I am so excited for brothers! I had a feeling from the beginning this one was a boy too so I've been picturing 2 boys for so long. R is already loving being . big brother and giving the baby hugs, it's so cute.
