1. Last week was good, and I am seeing and feeling slightly skinnier. I started to the couch to 5K two weeks ago. 2. This week I am on Week 3 of C25K 3. No nutrition goals, more like medication goals. I find I am less bloated when I take my probiotic. I am running out of that and fish oil, so I need to re-order. I am staying consistant with my steroid, and I am hoping to get into a clinic that specialized in dermatology and OBGYN. And make an appointment for DH for urology. 4. Not really. We managed to keep DS alive after getting a silver dollar stuck in his esophagus. I am still feeling stressed out on that one.
C25K has pre-scheduled rest days in. I worked out Sat and Sun, so today is a rest day. I try to do every other day, with a max of 5 days a week. If I do more than 3 days of exercise then I add another program in.
I don't think I know how to relax anymore. The times, I am supposed to be relaxing lets say the weekend, we are still pretty stressed. So this is a big problem for us. We try, but then something unpredictable happens (see above) and thwarts us. Everyone says be more free range yada yada good for kids, maybe less stress because in the olden days kids went out to play all day long. I just don't see how I can do that with DS's personality (swallowing a coin for example, after being told not to put them in his mouth a million times). I was hoping to leave him for maybe 10 minutes when he turns 8, and I just don't see that happening. If we weren't right there, well I guess he would have still thrown it up, but I don't know I feel like I need to be there for weird stuff like that. Maybe it is just that DH and I have chronic anxiety from trying to keep children healthy.

1) How did last week go? Last week was good until this weekend. Hello vacation! All the canned wine and pizza...yeah. 2) What are your exercise goals for this week? I need to hit all my workouts. A friend keeps trying to get me to do a sprint tri this weekend, but I think i need to skip it so I can get a longer bike ride in after missing last weekend. And running this week is going to have to be either inside or at 5am. Geeze it's hot. 3) What are your nutrition goals for the week? Stay within my caloric and nutritional targets all week long. No wine. 4) Any non-scale victories? I ran 5 very slow miles on the beach while on vacation. Also, my shirt was too long and I successfully tied it into a knot at my belly button. This is a victory for me b/c normally I can't manage to do that in a way that it'll stay up.
Do you schedule rest days into your week? Active recovery days? How do you relax? I took Sunday as a rest day this week b/c I was on vacation. I'll normally either do one rest day or one active recovery day that is only swimming.

1) Last week was pretty good. I ran 13.5 miles (my goal was 12). Kept my eating pretty tame for being on vacation. Probably drank too much. Oh well. 2) Want to get in 4 CF workouts and 5 miles (hopefully more, but it's just supposed to rain for the next million days, and I don't do treadmills). 3) Get back on the whole food wagon. I was seeing tiny movements on the scale before vacation... but that stopped. Might have reversed for a hot second. 4) My 4 mile run last weekend was a big deal to me!
Thursdays are my default rest day. I only work out on Thursdays if I have to miss another day during the week. If i can't get to the gym on Saturday or Sunday, I'll take one of the girls for a stroller walk. If i have time to relax, I just go to bed early!
1. okay, I'm having motivation issues but walked in the thick sand at the beach for 30 minutes
2. We have a heat advisory in affect all week so get in the pool and walk around giving DD a whirlwind a couple nights.
3. Stick with my low carb and start weaning off my cheats which have been ice cream.
4. I ate dinner at my mom's last night ham, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and I didn't eat any potatoes and brought salad from home and no one said anything about it. I was so proud of myself especially because potatoes and gravy is one of my favorites.
1) How did last week go? I got all of my workouts in. I did have to skip a day on Wed for MIL's funeral, but I doubled up on Saturday.
2) What are your exercise goals for this week? Finish the last six workouts of 80 Day Obsession!
3) What are your nutrition goals for the week? Get back to counting calories since DH wants to lose weight now and this method worked for us before.
4) Any non-scale victories? I was able to wear a dressy top that I never wore before because I bought it right before I got pregnant with DS2.
Do you schedule rest days into your week? Active recovery days? How do you relax? Yes. I can't workout more than 2 or 3 days in a row without it taking a toll on my body. I try to get a walk in on my rest days or I'll do some foam rolling which works wonders. For me, relaxing is watching some tv or reading a good book.
1) How did last week go? Pretty good considering we traveled most of the week. I brought veggies and salads for snacks. But I did enjoy myself too.
2) What are your exercise goals for this week? Yesterday I ran 7 miles Rest today Tuesday: 3 Wednesday: 3 Thursday or Friday: 6
3) What are your nutrition goals for the week? I’m camping sooooo..... But I really did bring more veggies and salads though. Although I will enjoy what I want too.
4) Any non-scale victories? Nothing hurts!
Do you schedule rest days into your week? Active recovery days? How do you relax?
I have at least one day a week where I do nothing. But sometimes my non running days I lift. I relax by camping, watching real housewives or sitting on my patio listening to music.

1. It could have been better but it was fair week so it also could have been a lot worse. I only got 3 total workouts in and too many cheats. Fair week is a bad week too try to have many goals. 2. 3 crossfit, 1 misc, 2 run. I did the misc today since I was without a car and couldn't get to the gym and it looked like it was going to rain so I didn't run. I am going to get to the gym in the morning after I drip the kids off. 3. Stick to my macros and only have 2 cheats 4. I've been searching for a romper for months now that I'm feeling pretty good about my body. I found one friday that fits perfectly and I can't wait to wear it to our high school reunion in a couple weeks! Bonus: I've also forgotten how to relax. It usually involves watching TV or scrolling through my phone. I need to try the going to bed early if I have time to relax thing.
