If you're plus sized, please recommend your favorite pieces of clothing for travel*. I'm usually a size 18 in most brands.
I'm especially on the lookout for an anorak/military-style olive green jacket, and a light rain jacket with a hood. Pants and jeans are also really tough for me to find.
*I know that travel-specific clothes aren't required, but when I'm not on a trip I'm primarily wearing either work slacks or lounge clothes. And of course certain clothes are better for walking around and sightseeing all day (sweat, activity, etc.), vs. just going to the store or a friend's house.
These Costco Travel Pants are great -- super comfy. They did have the full length ones in the past. www.costco.com/Kirkland-Signature-Ladies'-Ankle-Length-Travel-Pant.product.100321853.html

Consider looking in the men’s section at Eddie Bauer, Lands End or LLBean. I’ve found the most comfortable stuff there for rain gear.
I wear an 18 in jeans and have been wearing Chico’s recently as they seem to fit me best. EB also goes up to a size 18, and I found a pair of stretch pants to wear on the flight to France with a tunic. Most comfortable clothes I have worn on a flight.

I like these leggings for long travel days. I have them in 2x. I wear a size 20 in pants.
Eddie Bauer not only goes up to 18, but has plus sizes and tall sizes. So definitely check them out. I have a couple 18 or XXL flyaway cardigans in tall from there. I'm not unusually tall (5'7'') but the extra length is nice for cardigans that I want to wear with leggings or skinny jeans. I love flyaways for travel because the looser, longer fit makes them easier to layer over more kinds of tops, so they work as both a cardigan over a tank, and as an outside jacket-like layer over a normal shirt.
