Reusable Snack/ Sandwich bags

Anyone have something that works well for them? Reusable containers are so bulky, I’d like to have a few of these on hand for lunches. Bonus points if it’s diswasher safe and easy for a seven year old to figure out.

I’ve been using lunchskins for years and love them. They’re dishwasher safe and my kids have never had an issue.

Awesome! I saw those! I’m glad to hear they hold up well. Do you have a preference for Velcro or zipper?

I’ve only had the Velcro and been happy! It’s actually been a few years since we’ve had to buy more, which is obviously fabulous!

I just have some sandwich size wet bags that I use for sandwiches and I toss them in the laundry.

We like our lunchskIns too. I have some Velcro and some with zipper. I end up using the Velcro ones more often.

Interested in hearing more....exactly how do you wash those? do you have to turn inside out or something? do you wash them every night?

I wash or rinse depending on what was in them. I use a little fragrance free dish soap. I dry inside out on one of my kitchen windowsills that gets tons of sun.

I turn them inside out and put them in the dishwasher. Then when the dishwasher has ended I take them out and they finish drying on my drain board.
