I'm planning a trip for next summer and am considering Puerto Rico. I don't want to be a drain on their resources, so I'm wondering if this is a bad idea. Has anyone been since Irma?
We are going in March. We asked around to some friends who have family there and they unanimously said that many people depend on the tourism industry, so if the resorts and hotels are up and running, they want people there.
"Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. On the outside, babies, you've got a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies-"God damn it, you've got to be kind.”
