is it so dead in here?? What in the world is happening?

Anything new going on?

DD is sick and we're currently waiting on her blood work to come back to see if she's got Lymes disease. She's got elevated white cells count and feels like crap. Guess I'm glad it happened now, while she's home, rather than in a few weeks and she's 4 hours away. I'm also having a guy come over to check for mold since all three of us have had respiratory stuff, which is really unusual. I can't help but worry the water in my basement over Christmas wasn't completely taken care of and it's in my walls. Let's hope I'm just paranoid and we're good.

I bought tickets to see Book of Mormon again and I'm stoked about that!

I worked with the designer and photographer and we got the BEST gallery wall plans, WOOHOO! Now to order the prints and we will be good to go!

Spent the day at the track yesterday for work, which was fun but made for a long day as I had to drive over 7 hours round trip. I bet on a couple of ponies and lost, hahaha. The one was named Early Retirement so how could I not bet on him?! Too bad he didn't come through on his promise

I've just been working on finishing my continuing education and preparing for my trip. I accidentally overslept this morning, so no water fitness for me. Oh well. Tomorrow I'm meeting with a financial advisor to get all my accounts transferred over and get everything straight, hopefully.

So I met a guy Friday night, he seemed really nice and sweet (watching him snuggle a tiny dog almost made my ovaries burst). But it turns out he has a lot going on and isn't in a place for dating. Oh well. I'm still glad I've met him because I think I've made a new female friend through him and because I think he's still a good guy, just not someone to date at this point.

I'm starting to get stressed about making sure I have everything done for this trip. It's going to be a lot of fun so I just need to make my lists and calm down.

I’ve been trying to get back to really paying attention to work so haven’t been around a ton. New job is going really well so far. C is still amazing. Things are moving really fast with him but it doesn’t feel rushed if that makes sense...

I had an ultrasound earlier this week to make sure my iud was placed correctly since I've had a lot of pain.

It was in there correctly, by they found a bunch of follicles on each ovary and think i might have pcos. So if you know things about this, could you give me some perspective? I've googled, etc. But it always helps to hear from people you know. doglove

I am slammed at work, 50+ hours a week for the next three weeks.

The kids are getting ready to go back to school. They have a couple more weeks. Tomorrow, my sister, BIL, and I are seeing David Byrne. DD is off at her tween retreat this weekend, she's back Sunday evening.

They have so much fun at that park, all it is a couple pieces of playground equipment near the path around the lake. But it's quiet and pretty.

The middle one kept taking running leaps at it and making me nervous lol.
