Can I give my kid canned tuna? Is there some bad thing I dont know about related to canned tuna and children?
She will really only eat food she can hold in her hand. But she doesnt like plain old chicken unless it is fresh off the grill. (some days) Basically she gets bored of the same things and tuna would be new.

My doctor said to avoid tuna because of the mercury content. She was fine with low mercury fish. If you do feed her tuna, I would only do it on very rare occasions. My three year old has had tuna twice.
They also have wild caught salmon in cans. My MIL buys that and preps it in a similar fashion as tuna. I am pretty sure salmon is considered a "safe" fish.
