These YT influencers and makeup line collaborations are fascinating to me, specifically from the marketing standpoint. The actual products Emily created are very pretty and tempting at that price point.

I’m getting the eyeshadow palette once it’s in stores. I think this is one of the better collabs I’ve seen. I’m not a huge fan of MR and the way they knock off other products but I do want to support Emily since her videos helped me so much when I was just starting out with makeup. I also really love the colors she chose. It’s everything I’d want from a large palette.

Yeah, not a fan of MR's rip off tactics but I too am thinking about purchasing to support her. Emily's recommendations and tips have been really helpful.

I watched her intro video today where she talked about both palettes. I love Emily and really like the colors she chose for The Wants palette. I may pick it up, because there are some colors in it that I don’t have in my collection, and I like that the darker colors stay true to tone instead of getting muddy.
I’m not so much a fan of the other palette. She chose existing shades from the current MR product line, which is fine, except some of the shades she used were from ripoff palettes. So... eh. I’ll pass on that one. Plus I’ve got so many face palettes like that already and none of the shades are outstanding.

I ordered The Wants palette from Ulta right after viewing her announcement. There are colors in that palette that I don't already have, plus it's a good price point.

I really love her. Her recommendations are great. I've actually switched to some drugstore brands because of her recommendations. I really like The Needs palette!

Holy shit I just looked a clip of the video of her holding up the palettes. They're MASSIVE! OMG. I can't believe how they are priced. I think I need both.

The greens in the wants palette are really beautiful. I’m watching a video she posted that is doing four looks with the palette.

I swatched the Wants at Ulta and most were really pretty. I had one shade that was a little patchy but most were lovely.

I don't need another palette, though!

I picked up The Wants palette at Ulta and used the 30% coupon they sent last week. It's great for what it is, the purple shimmers are lacking but when aren't they.

The Needs doesn't appeal to me.
