1) Excited that college football goes into full swing this weekend.

2) It’s Friday eve so I feel like that means I should go out to dinner tonight.

My 2 things are super boring.

1) I am working Saturday again.
2) I have to do the final lunch prep for the kids to go back to school.

1) I just bought a pair of leopard Sperry slip on sneakers. They are wicked cute AND comfy. I'm a little obsessed and can't wait to wear them.

2) I took Tuesday off. Tomorrow can't come fast enough as I can't wait for a 4 day weekend!

cuddlyevil, part of me is still shocked it's time to go back to school.

1) I need to know about these Sperrys, bullygirl979. Especially since I'm allowed to wear less rigid shoes now (and I love leopard print)

2) I am wearing my new Sleeping Beauty Toms, my birthday present from my parents. I also bought glitter washi tape to use to customize my walkie at work. I'm fully owning my girliness and my dorkiness all at the same time.

Bonus: 3) My birthday has been awesome already. My co-workers signed a card for be and brought me flowers and sweets.

My two things:

I’m meeting C’s son this weekend. I’m excited and also kinda nervous. C and I have been doing a lot of hand wringing trying to come up with the perfect casual yet fun scenario. Part of what C decided to do was to casually mention this week that he has someone he likes that he wants Little C to meet. Little C’s response was, “ oh yeah? Cool.”. He was all casual and matter-of-fact about it. I told C it would be really ironic if we spent all this time hand wringing and little C just took it all in stride.

The house hunt continues. I think we’ve at least narrowed down our targets for what we want. C contacted a real estate agency he’s worked with before and we are now setting up times to interview agents.

1.I accepted a design position, close to my house! I’m excited about it. I also don’t start until October 1.

2. I had a great time visiting a friend for lunch who works nearby.

3. I’m going to the beach next month! I can’t wait.

2. I know being tan isn't so healthy but I love having a great tan
