After seeing myself in my sister's wedding pictures back in May, I was so thoroughly disgusted with the way I looked, that I rejoined the gym, and started working out with a trainer twice a week. I stopped drinking soda, started drinking more water as well as eating better. I wasn't seeing any results, and so I started to fall off the wagon. I hadn't lost any actual pounds (yes, I know muscle weighs more than fat), and hadn't lost any inches as far as I can tell in clothes. I did, however, lose weight in my already not so big boobs. Great. Just what I wanted. Anyway, so I started drinking soda again, started not caring as much about what I was eating, and started making excuses to not go to the gym...About 3 weeks ago, I looked at myself in a bathing suit and said "WTF are you doing?!". I got back on the wagon, back to the gym and really started busting my ass there. My AW: I've lost 13lbs in 2 weeks! I'm so incredibly proud of myself, and this has really given me the motivation to really stick with it, and push myself to lose the next2 6lbs to get to my goal.

Be forewarned- people often "plateau" because they are seeing their good results and think they can ease up on their healthier food and exercise. Stick with it, and you'll get your goal!
