Today i wore Lipstick Queen Frog Prince lipstick.  I like this formula, it's sheer but a pretty color.  It's definitely moisturizing and had a little bit of a tendency to wear off into a "lipliner" ring, but I'll keep it.

Hourglass Femme Rouge in Peace. This is super old. I bought it when DH’s bff was getting married 5 years ago. It is a little gritty, for lack of a better term, but I was looking for a nude-ish shade for a meeting I have today.

yes!  i can certainly keep going and have also been slacking at posting my pics even though i've been wearing things almost everyday.  need to get to my phone instead of my computer where i normally visit the board.

Today is Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution lipstick in Amazing Grace.  I LOVE the color and it's comfortable, but it's a little on the drier side, so at a certain point when it's with off and I've reapplied a couple times, I need to completely remover it, moisturize my lips, then reapply the lipstick.

Lorac Pirates of the Caribbean Risk it All. A favorite nude.

Today is a Marc Jacobs lip crayon in Plum n Get It, it's not mauve!!!   I had gotten one of these in a Sephora lip kit and liked the formula so I bought this color.  This one bleeds a little since it's such a dark color (not wearing any liner).  The only other complaint is when the point wears down it's hard to get a precise application.  Otherwise I like these.

I definitely had to make sure my lips were moisturized before applying, and when I did that it went on smooth and seems pretty comfy. First time wearing it so I don’t know how long it’ll last, but I’m just going to a XC meet, so I don’t really care. Lol

But I do love the color!

Ok, I have a problem with burgundy lipstick. I just bought four lipsticks and they’re all nearly the same shade. Ugh, definitely a problem.

Yesterday I used up one of my favorites, l'oreal infallible 8 hour pro gloss in a mauve that they've discontinued.

Today is NYX Lip Lingerie in 12. I love the feel and the wear, but this color is just not quite right for me, it's a little too umber?

Maybelline Color Sensational Shine Lipstick in Berry Blackmail. I was looking for something purple. The color in the tube is WHOA PURPLE and on is like meh purpleish pink. It has lasted pretty well through my coffee and bagel though.

Today's lipstick is MAC Fire Roasted Lip Intensity, it's a new one for me. So far so good. Not sure about the longevity...everything online says it lasts. Feels a lot like the amplified formula so very comfortable. It's a red with a bit of brown in it.

Well, back to a nude today.
I have a cold and have to work the next four in a row. Blah.

It’s colourpop ultra gloss in fairy floss.

It’s a nice nude on me. Not too pink or too brown, and isn’t super patchy.

Thursday:




No. 7 High Shine Lip Crayon in Delicate Pink - very little payoff but feels nice. It doesn't last hardly at all, but is very easy to reapply without a mirror due to it being light.  I'll keep it for those days when I need a bit of moisture but don't want much colour.


Friday:




I love, love, love this.  It's rose with a bit of gold. The gold bit wears off quickly but the pink tint is left behind for ages.  It's another Magic Lipstick, this time in Gold.

I’m wearing Marc Jacobs Kiss Kiss Bang Bang today for errands. I don’t know how to describe the color, I guess somewhere between pink and mauve.

I’m back! Wearing MAC Hot Gossip. It’s pretty old but still smells ok. I usually wear it in spring - it’s pink with a fair amount of purple in it. I wouldn’t call it mauve though.

Yesterday (Friday) I wore Clinique Dramatically Different Lipstick in Angel Red.  This is a sloppy reapplication so I could get a photo.  This had been a favorite of mine since high school.  I didn't have it for a long time and recently repurchased.  I'm glad I did.  This is definitely a keeper.  I wonder if i can make it through this whole month with only keepers.  I need more than a month, for sure.

Today’s lip: Sonia Kashuk shine lux sheer lip color in sheer berry. I love the color me the formula. It’s very comfy on the lip and quick to put on. Total keeper.

L’Oréal Infallible Paints in Sultry Sangria (blotted down). Bought after seeing some YouTuber demo it. Love the color but the formula is way too slippy for such a dark color.

Dug out this Fiona Stiles red lipstick today. I think this was discontinued but the formula is really comfortable. I wish I would have tried more of this brand when it was at Ulta.

Yesterday I wore NYX Butter Lipstick in #17 Root Beer Float.  I love this formula!  It feels like I'm applying lip balm and stays comfortable even when my lips are dry.  This tube is almost done, but I already bought a backup.
