Sick dog?

I've had the 2 dogs, both small breeds for the last 9/10 years. During that time I have been lucky that they have NEVER been ill and have never gone to the vet other than for routine things

For the last 2 days my 9 year old has been acting very strange. Shes eating/drinking pooping and peeing normally, but she seems to be weak (does not stand up as quickly, walks slower, not barking as much when people walk by our home etc). She does hold her head up, get up to stretch/eat and groom herself. Apart from this she isn't doing much.

The only change recently is that the dogs have been infested with mutant fleas. This was never an issue until we moved close to the country a few months ago. I've applied advantix, frontline the month before, sprayed the house, had the dogs groomed and they keep returning. The weakness did not occur around the time I used any flea products.

I've poked and proded her and she does not appear to be injured or in pain. Any thoughts? I plan to take her to the vet but I'm unsure if this is considered urgent. I have Friday off and plan to take her then, is that too far away?

If it were me I'd call the Vet and ask his/her thoughts about coming in today vs. Friday, but I would take her in for sure.

Yes I would take her to the vet ASAP. She may have picked up a parasite or something, or she may be having issues with anemia.
