I’m so sorry, seeyalater52. I was hoping things were looking better after your early BFN. Those days waiting to just be done w the cycle are the worst. Lots of ((hugs))
((((seeyalater52))) I'm so so sorry. You've been on my mind a lot (I hope that doesn't sound creepy), and I was crossing everything for you. It's just so unfair.

I got my IVF protocol and was pleasantly surprised that they only have me doing 9 days of BCP versus the 17 I did last time. YAY! Let's get things moving!
(((seeyalater52 ))) I too hope your RE has a good game plan. How many embroyos do you have remaining?
Yay, icedcoffee ! that is a pleasant surprise. Did they give you an estimated transfer date?
10/20--but that assumes I only stim for 9 days and last time I stimmed for 11. She did say she would like to stim a little shorter this time because I was SOOO close to getting OHSS last time so we will see!

Ahhh I was thinking FET, I forgot you were doing the whole shabang again. Very exciting!!

We have 5 left. Which I know is a good number. I don’t mean to sound like I’m complaining. It just sucks not to know if they were normal or not or if there’s something about my uterus that is killing them. Pretty sure looking at my insurance rules we would need to do 3 more (failed) transfers before we were eligible for coverage for another retrieval. Statistically unlikely to be necessary but so far pretty much everything about this has us on the shit side of statistics sooooo...

Yay! I’m glad you don’t have to be on birth control as long, that’s great news!

Girl, complain away. I'm glad you have 5 more chances, but I can understand the frustration with being on the shit side of statistics. I realllly hope that another retrieval isn't necessary, and that your RE has a game plan you can feel good about. Can PGS be done after the fact? We didn't do PGS so I'm not sure how that works.

We probably won’t unthaw and test this current batch. It would be like 4K to do that and transferring them is free (you know, aside from the emotional toll it’s taking I guess.) But if we have to do another retrieval we will definitely opt for testing next time. It is the only thing not covered by insurance which kind of sucks. You’d think since they cover transfers at 100% they’d want to narrow the field a little but with insurance the logic isn’t always strong.
At our FET consult the RE mentioned a few options that might be covered by insurance, like hysteroscopy to double check the results of the SHG and doing a simultaneous uterine biopsy for infection. So if those won’t delay our next transfer more than the 1 month rest cycle they require we might give that a shot. Otherwise we will probably do one more transfer and then pony up for an ERA.

I've been away, because I'm tired and over it. I would like to get off this roller coaster. Regardless, my transfer is set for Friday morning. My lining is good, and I will get my progesterone levels later this afternoon.

We are transfer buddies I guess. Thinking of you......
I am on BCP this month due to cysts. Hoping to get my cycle next week before I go to Japan for work. Bad news is that I will have to come home early to do monitoring apt unless i can convince my RE to push it back 2 days, but I doubt it.

(( @seeyoulater25 ))
I had another monitoring appt today...still nothing measurable and my E2 is only 52. This is after 6 days on stims, 2 of them at increased doses. They’re going to up my Follistim as well and give it till Friday and see where I’m at. But if nothing is happening, my cycle will be cancelled. I am pretty much devastated and have zero hope right now.

I was a super late responder as well. Hang in there until tomorrow.
