I don’t understand how people don’t have cases. The phones are enormous and slick, how do they not drop them 100 times a day? I need a rubberized case and a pop socket and even then, it’s not easy to hold.
I need ham like water Like breath, like rain I need ham like mercy From Heaven's gate Sometimes ham salad or casserole or ham that’s free range, all natural I need ham
I drop my phone a lot and have a 4 year old so a case and screen protector are a must! H and I both have photo cases from Shutterfly that have a hard outer shell and a silicone liner. We’ve been using them for years (for various sized iPhones), and combined with screen protectors we’ve never had ANY damage. The cases are expensive — about $50, but they’re personalized with family photos which is really cool. If you wait for a big Shutterfly sale you can get them for a lot less. Also makes a great gift for grandparents.
ETA: this is the one I have but there are tons of designs and personalization options. This is the lowest price I’ve ever seen on them. We get the “case with liner.”
I have always had a case. I got a screen protector this time with my 8+ and I feel like that has saved my phone a few times. I have gone through a few protectors because they cracked but the screen on the phone is still fine. I used to hate screen protectors but these gorilla glass ones don't feel any different than regular glass so I'm thrilled. I think this is the longest I have gone without breaking (or at least cracking) my phone (11 months so far!).

Yes, I have an ugly heavy-duty otterbox. I got it because I have young kids but I'm actually the one who is really clumsy with it, so it's protecting my phone from me.
Of course, of the two of us, I’m the only one who’s broken two phones (one was just the screen and it was an easy fix, the other was killed with water.)
I usually get a cheap silicone case off Amazon after I get a new phone. I just got a new phone on Saturday so I'm waiting for it to come in the mail. I never purposefully go any long amount of time without a case. I drop my phone a lot and SAH with my toddler DS. That combo could only end badly for a phone without a case.

I drop my phone all the time, if I didn’t have a good case I’d be screwed. Between the case protector and the glass protector my phone has stayed in good shape. The case protector is a bit beat up. Inwould never not have a case
Yes. It's a must. But I went too light on my new phone and now I am already getting it replaced (got the Samsung care) and I only had it a month. Now I bought a heavy duty style because the phones now a days are made of glass. I really hope this next one has a longer life.
Our kitchen tile has taken now 3 tablets and one phone. I should have known better and never taken it into the kitchen.
I have a decorative Casemate, but it’s still fairly strong. I only got a smartphone a year ago and it never occurred to me to not get a case. DH tried to get me to get the ugly Otterbox, but this one’s fine. I also got the tempered glass, so it’s kind of double duty protection
Of course! I drop my phone all the time and have never had a cracked screen or damaged phone. I have a wallet case that is medium protection. I love it.
I have a medium duty otter box on mine which is both decorative and functional (it's polka dots), and a screen protector. In the year I have had my phone, I have had to change the screen protector twice.

Yep. Voted heavy-duty because it's a Case-Mate military-grade case w/ lifetime warranty. But it *looks* medium or light b/c it's low-profile (clear w/ glitter, lol).
I have a clear Speck case on my iPhone and a glass screen protector. The inside of my purse is a rough environment and I hate scratched phones. I am thinking of getting a new case that is a little bit more fun.
I have a light to medium duty case. But, knock on wood, it has been awesome. I’ve dropped my phone from at least 4’ onto porcelain tile more than once and not a scratch or crack.

I have an Otterbox. You would think my 3 year old would be the main culprit, but I am the one always dropping the damn thing. No way I could go without one.
