Happy October

Started my injections last night. It was like riding a bike. Feels like just yesterday I was doing these same injections. I'm already super bloated though. I seriously look 3 months pregnant. WTF? It's been 12 hours, body!

Funny story: My dog became very ill last year and now needs a monthly injection for life. The vet was like "just pop in for it you don't even need an appointment". I asked if I could just do them at home and she seemed unsure until I told her I have given myself injections in the ass before. So anyway--this month we both get injections at home.

I just had my first US at 5w5d and we saw a flicker of a heartbeat! Or the RE saw a flicker of a heartbeat and I pretended to lol. Everything looks good and I have another appt at 7w2d where I hopefully I won't have to pretend.
