2 week trip to Thailand bought on Chase Sapphire so almost all travel risk covered by credit card benefits. Thinking I should include Medical insurance for emergency treatment and/or repatriation, but never been quite this responsible before so don't really know what I'm looking for?
Some of the quick quotes I got were really high - $400 each but included travel benefits that I don't really need. GeoBlue was reasonable ($60 each with $1million medical coverage, 500k evacuation) covers terrorism, but not pre-existing (which we don't necessarily need) Plans to do hiking, biking (pedal bikes not motor), kayaking, maybe a little climbing, no diving.

We used World Nomads for SE Asia and Patagonia because Adventures Kate recommended it. I think we paid a little over $200 for 2 weeks each times. We never had to use it so it's hard to really evaluate it. She spoke very highly of them said said submitting claims was easy.
I'll have to look into GeoBlue for our trip of Colombia if it's that much cheaper though!
I have used squaremouth.com and insuremytrip.com. You can search based on what is important to you. For me, I always make sure that I have plenty of coverage for medical evacuation.

I also regularly use World Nomads because of Adventurous Kate.
I’ve never had to pay as much as $200, but maybe because I don’t live in the US? Anyway, I’ve used it to travel to SE Asia, Europe, and the US. Luckily I haven’t had to make any claims yet, knock on wood.

I just got an annual travel insurance for me for $365 a year through CHUBB. I travel multiple times per year for work though, so it was cheaper than getting insurance every time I travel.
