I hope ya’ll don’t mind a hair question but I need help. I have longish wavy, frizzy hair. I moved to south Florida a few months ago and nothing is controlling the frizz. Any suggestions?
Messy bun. But seriously I use a John Frieda mousse with Deva Curls curl cream. That helps but doesn’t totally control the frizz. I also notice less frizz by doing hair masks before washing and using hair oil on the ends after.
Oils. I have fine curly hair and just expect some frizz - you seriously can't expect to get rid of it all. But oils have helped me a ton. And conditioning up the wazoo.
Invisible hairdressers oil from bumble and bumble keeps my hair halfway decent. Without it I’m f-ed. With it I can wear it down. Ts notnoerfect but it’s the best I’ve found and I’ve tried everything!
I had been using Bumble and Bumble Don't Blow It (meant for fine hair, air drying). That tamed my frizz fairly well. Didn't do much for my waves or curl though. I think Ulta had a trial size available in store.
Oops, hit post too soon.
I just had my first deva cut yesterday, and am trying out their products. It kept my frizz in check pretty well today - it was soupy outside all day.

Wait until winter, your hair will be so much better. 😂
Seriously though, hair masks before washing and oils are a big help, I also use Ouidad fizz control products and they help but really only so much you can do to combat Florida humidity, especially in S. FL.
I use a small dab (like dime size or smaller depending on your hair length) of coconut oil when my hair is damp. If blow drying I add it half way through. It helps immensely, but my hair is thick. It might be too heavy for thin hair.
