WWYD, I'm in the 2WW (actually today is 11dpiui and tested negative at home, beta is on Friday), I wasn't feeling to optimistic and neither was the dr (pcos and male factor, so less than 5% chance of success) but we wanted to do 1 last IUI before IVF. Luckily they already told me the meds I'm going to be on for IVF but my husband surprised me with a weekend away Oct 17-21.
I'm on progesterone inserts, If I stop the inserts today I'll probably end up with CD1 this coming weekend which means it'll be over by the time we leave. If I stay on the inserts until Friday (day of beta) I'll end up with CD1 the day we leave for vacation which means the entire trip on my period and we all know periods after being on progesterone SUCK. The last option would be to stay on progesterone while on vacation and have a period when we're back but is that to long to stay on progesterone?
I know the answer is to call the nurse but WWYD? This is the 3rd IUI and will be negative and we're not starting IVF until the new year. For what it's worth we'll be staying in a cabin in the woods and going to Biltmore, wineries, site seeing and hiking.
** Updated ** I'm going in tomorrow for beta but last night had some pretty bad cramping. I know it's not over till it's over. This morning at home was negative again so I'm not expecting anything different when I go in tomorrow.
I would probably test and/or see if they could move the beta up to tomorrow and if negative, stop the supplements so I'd be at the tail end of a period for vacation. Hope you have a great trip!
I updated earlier but I'm going in tomorrow. I tested again this morning and still negative and I had some pretty bad cramping for about 40 min last night (none today)

Ahhh, I missed your update. Keep us posted. Good luck, I'm glad you're getting out of dodge soon after, it will be a good distraction.
