Hi, flex! It's been a while since I've been around. Last time I was on the boards I was really struggling with my recovery. I'm doing a lot better now, though. I'm almost six months sober! It doesn't sound like much, but it's more sober time than I've ever had. Life is so much better now without the alcohol and drugs

Six months is A LOT!!  Congratulations!!  It works when you work it.

lucybrown, I'm glad to hear your H is almost 3 years sober. That's fantastic!

It's good that you're working your own program too. My H started going to al-anon when I my drinking was really bad and it helped him a lot.

I'm sorry to hear you're struggling I do like the saying "This too shall pass." Every moment we have will pass, the good and the bad. I hope you find yourself in a more peaceful, serene place soon.
