Has anyone done one in the past?
My newish job is in a smaller town and they have a craft fair every year on Santa Day. I hear it is a wonderful turn out. A 9x9 booth is 10.00 (small town prices lol) and I'm thinking of doing it.
It's been a good 6 years or so since I did my first and only.
Any tips? I'm still just tossing it around but leaning towards yes.

Nope. But it sounds like the perfect environment to try one. Tables are expensive here and I don't love making multiples of anything, enough to stock a show.
When I was a kid, yes! I think that was what my mom paid in the ‘80s so go for it! You don’t have to sell much to get that back. It’s tedious but a low risk way to try it out.
Do they allow MLM sales? "Craft sale" usually means that around here, unfortunately. If that's not the case, $10 for a booth sounds great! Is it inside? If not- do you have a tent/weights?

Pallet signs are all the rage here. That and handmade cards as well.
I thinking I need a few more items and have been scouring pinterest.

None allowed! It is inside in small town MN.
That sounds amazing, you'll (please!) have to let us know how it goes! I agree that ornaments are going to be an easy sell at that event, but, if you work with pallets- some small builds (boxes, trays, little rustic stools, display/decor trees) would be quick and fun!

I will let you know how it goes. Great idea with the boxes and trays.

I have done them before. I have always made the most money off face painting or kid centered things. I love the trading between vendors after the show more than anything.
