One more week

We have 5 school days left in the first quarter. On 10/22 we'll have the MDT/IEP meeting starting before school. The director of special education for the district will be attending. It's unknown if she will be announcing her attendance to any of the team prior to the start of the meeting. I'm kinda hoping that she plans to surprise everyone so they come prepared as they would if she wasn't there.

I have not received any notice indicating that they are proposing to change his placement so I do not know if that means that they're planning to keep him where he is or if they're leaving placement totally up for discussion at the meeting.

Dh and I agreed that 10/19 is Pip's last day in the current placement. 10/22/18 will result in a change of placement, one way or another.

We only made it through the MDT portion of the meeting. Didn't start on the IEP at all - scheduled that for next Monday morning.
