We are in NYC so I’m skipping real workouts and logging lots of walking miles. We’ve only been here since 4pm Sat and we’ve already walked over 20 miles.
Fri - one of those perfect fall 5 mi runs, 110 squats w DD2 on my back Sat - late night yoga mainly done to keep the October streak alive, 120 squats w DD2 Sun - 11 mi on gym bike, 130 squats w DD2 (one more day left in the challenge), kids cc meet cinco one of these days we will meet! Did one of your kids sing the national anthem? That girl was great!

That was my oldest’s BRF (best running friend, lol) Wasn’t she great? We will have to meet up one of these days!

F- 16 miles S- Relay - 10 miles @ GP S- rest
The weather was crazy at the relay this weekend - windy (24mph), rainy, and it even snowed during my legs. Porta potties tipped over and tents got knocked out. But the falls colors were on point, so beautiful and they had 16 beers on tap at the after party so overall a fun day with running friends.
