This is a repost from GP but we had an ultrasound today and saw a crazy strong (145 bpm) heartbeat and baby measuring perfectly at 7w1d. The Dr. gave an audible "WOW!" when she saw how strong the heartbeat was, I guess anything over 110 they are happy with? So that's exciting...I'm feeling more more relieved....and will feel even more so if we can make it to 9 weeks.

Ha! It's a PGS tested embryo, we've known it was a boy since the day we heard the new it was PGS "normal."

This baby had a crazy high heart rate too, 180s. It now hangs out in the 150s. My older son had a heart rate in the 150s as well.

So neither kid subscribed to the heart rate old wives tale.
