We already had the kids' all-school party last Friday. Our trick-or-treat is Saturday. Classroom parties & more trick-or-treat will be on Halloween.
DD(9) is being Athena, after much indecision. No particular affinity for Athena, but she liked the costume online. It's pretty--pink & cream robes with gold braid. She also has the bat dress from Target (it's so cute!!!) and will wear that for some costume stuff this weekend.
DS(7) is a flame trooper from Star Wars.
DD(5) is being a deer. She just loves deer. She did NOT want to be a sparkly fairy deer with a tutu. Luckily, Target had some of those one piece zip up character PJs in a deer pattern. It's awesome--she can wear anything underneath. It's warm and so easy.
DD(3) is Elsa. So popular, but so adorable! She has a clip-on braid. We also have Sleeping Beauty dress up that she might wear for her school party.
DS1 (7) angler fish. Really fantastic costume we found with a working light. Ds2 (3) fireman. We have multiple dressup stuff for fireman so no need to get a costume.

Julia (11) is going as a zombie runner Emma (9) is going as Mal from Descendents 2 Andrew (5) is going as Pikachu I’m actually dressing up this year, as a Suffragette.
We had our town parade this past Sunday. Trick or treating is always on the 31st.
DS is a Storm Trooper DD 10, still no idea, I’m starting to panic. And to add to the stress, she has a 4-H Halloween party on Saturday and she’s supposed to dress up with her horse. I’ve got no clue what to do, anyone have an idea?
DD is going as Moana. My brother made her a pretty awesome oar (out of light materials too) that she loves. DS is going as Hulk. He says, “I baby Hulk. Hulk mash!” It’s pretty cute! Dh and I are going as Mr & Mrs Potato Head. Idk yet if I’m going to wear that to work or pull little red riding hood out of the closet.
