Thank you for that info!  I'll call if I find something else I 'need'.  I figured they weren't going to prevent people from spending money.

I ordered these early this am plus a Bite gloss in Dirty Chai that didn't fit on the screenshot. THEN I went to the store this morning with a girlfriend and got the Pat Mcgrath Labs MiniMatteTrance in SkinShow, Fresh Caramel Lip Balm and LaVanilla deodorant (for my 8yr old DD who ALREADY is starting to have some BO!). And my friend used my VIB account for the discount and so now I'm Rouge, lol.

I also got a Moroccanoil dry shampoo in light tones, but ordered it separately since it has to be shipped via ground.  I didn't want it to delay the rest of my order.

for those who are debating a second purchase/ordering to reach rouge don't forget that they also usually send out a code in early december for $20 off a $50 purchase! that's 40% off (if you keep it to only buying 50-ish bucks). i always save something for then that's right around 50.

Here’s my order. I’m happy the Farmacy sunscreen came back in stock for the sale. I was going to order a bottle of Cinema Secrets brush cleaner but the shipping date was pushed out into when I’ll be out of town so I might just wait and order that another time. I need to get into a Sephora store this weekend and test out some purfumes but this might be all I’ll order this time around. I think I’m only $200 away from rouge so I’ll probably hit it this year. I’ll see how December goes.

Two of the sets I wanted are out of stock so I’m unsure if I’ll order anything. Bummer. I also need to smell some cologne for H since Santa typically leaves some in his stocking. May get the sampler for him but I want to see if I like at least a couple of them first.

I think this is what happened to me the first rouge weekend, my order still hadn't shipped after six days. I had to call to get it canceled so I could to the store.

I asked if they hadn't canceled because they thought it might come back in stock but I couldn't get a straight answer.

bowies' review convinced me that I want to try it. I have pretty dry skin and sometimes the Laura Mercier is too drying for me.


I'm trying to decide if I want to place another order. The Hourglass palette came back in stock. Of course. But if we do get the $20 off $50, it would be $4 cheaper than right now, assuming it's in stock then...

Thanks for the info. I think I’ll try calling tomorrow. Looking at my order the Sephora cooling mask I got is now sold out and gone from the site. Everything else is still in stock so I’d hate to lose out on my bigger items for that dumb mask. Gah plus we’re going out of town so I need it to ship this week lol.

I went to Sephora tonight to test some stuff in person - and on the off chance that they had what the site didn’t (nope). They had a ton of the 6 pan Hourglass palettes, both versions. I got the men’s fragrance sampler for H as a gift and a Nest candle. I’ll try again for the sets I want if that $20 coupon comes out.

I think the Huda Amethyst Obsessions palette and Replica mini sprays might make my Christmas list. Like I need anymore eyeshadow or perfume.

That's encouraging!  I really hope so.  None of the stuff I ordered showed out of stock last night so that probably is the case.

I just got a one time code from Sephora for 20% off since I made Rouge during the VIB sale and can't use the VIB code again. It was in the 'welcome to Rouge' email that I got this morning. So that answered my question from yesterday!

Now I feel obligated to place another order.

You don't need them. There's no truly unique colors in them. Pretty and good quality but standard issue.

I have the Hourglass Veil mini and the kiehl's avocado eye cream in my cart but since neither is a need, I thought I might wait it out for the $25 (I have a 20% welcome to Rouge code I could use later) but then I realized they were only $47 combined. Boo. Does sephora even have anything worthwhile $5 or under? Guess I'll try to find out.

Get one of their Sephora masks (eye, face, or foot) or some blotting papers ($7-8).

Ooh, or I see the Nars pencil sharpener is $6.

I also ordered the “scouted by Sephora” and just got notification it’s out of stock too I’m bummed; I love those boxes!
