I made day-by-day posts from our most recent trip to Disney in our family blog if anyone is interested. Here is a link to my summary post that has links to the daily posts and pics. Please ignore the spelling and grammar errors--I've been struggling to get these done, let alone edit them carefully. Sorry!
Nice trip! I like your schedule of park TS park back to hotel. We usually took a midday break at the hotel and then went back to the parks but my kids are older.
Did you have a dining plan? Do you know what you spent on food? We spent a horrifying amount last trip, and I'm curious how other people fare. I will either plan differently (less character meals, more QS) or pay for the dining plan next trip.

We had free dining (the middle level) so I have no idea. The only money we spent on food was for about $80 worth of groceries for breakfast and a few snacks and for 3 QS meals on the last day when we ran out of dining credits for dinner before our late flight.

So far I have only read about HS. Do you think you could have gone straight to TSL and RD SDD, then saucers and Toy story Mania then gone to the Jedi Training sign up? I think I want to hit TSL first but trying to figure out what options that will leave us with the Jedi Training.
When did you place your grocery order? Did the front desk hold it for you or did you need to be there for delivery? I know you can bring your own food into the parks, could you bring beverages (NA)?
I briefly convinced myself this past week that we needed the dining plan and hen almost as quickly talked myself back out of it lol. I’m so indecisive! But we are planning to do a grocery order also for snacks and breakfast stuff. I’m hoping that will help us save some.

I hit Order as we were getting off the plane. I'm not sure what time it arrived, but we had to go to the desk to ask about it because it was showing that it was delivered but never showed up to our room. After we went down, they found it in the cooler, and delivered it to us.
I'm not sure about bringing in beverages because we didn't try. We just had water bottles with us that we filled throughout the day at the parks. We left the Disney mugs that came with the dining plan in the room, since there is no where to fill them in the parks.
