Bike (all forms): 350 Yoga: 3 practices My mileage goes down significantly during cyclocross season. A lot of those are hard intervals. My Nov. goal is to maintain and build fitness as I get closer to Dec. for the National Championships.
Stationary bike: 152 mi Run: 56.6 mi Yoga: 5x Elliptical and Weights: 1x each Finished 30 squat challenge Successfully “streaked” October, doing at least something in addition to the squats 31/31 days
Nov goals - look it up and work towards beating last year’s annual totals; lift more so arms look more defined in dress for my husband’s work party (or at least one arm since it’s a one bare arm dress 😛); otherwise nothing in particular
55 miles in October. I had some beautiful weather the past two weeks. I ended up running when I hadn’t planned to (even if it was just 2 miles) to soak up the fall!
