Friday - pt exercises, some arms, 1500 swim Saturday - had 11 kids and 12 adults at our house for DS's birthday party (that counts as a workout, right?) Sunday - pt exercises, arms
Fri: rest Sa: swim Sun: 10k (and also we made 25 lbs of chicken sausage, which should count as a workout because I'm pretty sure that and not the run is why my feet are sore today)

Friday: 3 mile run Saturday: rest day, but felt like I ran 10 miles between work and errands Sunday: half marathon!
Short recap: this is the big local half marathon here, and it was 100% of fun experience. The running community is relatively small, and it was awesome to see so many people I knew both running and spectating. My knee started to hurt about mile eight, so I took advantage of the rest stop that was handing out beer. Not my wisest decision , but I still finished under 2 1/2 hours.
The only bummer - they went back to serving pancakes at the finish line instead of a highly superior salty, amazing, sausage egg and refried bean- filled burrito.
F; Rest S: NYRR Virtual 26.2 (20 mile planned run, then 6.2 mile walk just to finish under the time limit so I could get that guaranteed entry for next year) S: Gardening
